Cheaper to print or buy

Most scrapbookers especially newbies are looking for free themed or wall papered pages to print. I have found that what is available for free is very limited and mostly digital. For the most part hard copy or non digital pages are cheaper to buy or create than to print. Secondly, all licensed material (ex. Disney) is not free and must be purchased from a craft store.
